After years of having friends and business associates come to him for advice in their financial, personal, and relationship lives, Pascal Bachmann finally realized his true gift: coaching others. Since this realization, he’s pursued his own coaching career and businesses, giving him the opportunity to focus on empowering and educating high achievers and entrepreneurs with the tools necessary to gain the clarity that is most often lacking – especially, he finds, when it comes to building a successful business and wealth.

“I realized how much positive impact I had and how much success was created by following my advice. This idea didn’t come overnight; it was a gradual realization that this is the value that I can give to the world. I’m extremely motivated by the feeling of satisfaction that I get from seeing my friends and business associates succeed in their lives as a result of working together,” Pascal says. 

As an entrepreneur, Pascal has built his career over the last 25 years and established 7 businesses which have a combined value of over $20 million. With that, he’s been able to help more than 20,000 clients move from an unhealthy and depressed state to health, happiness, success, and wealth. 
What makes Pascal different, and therefore, extremely successful, is that he’s not a theoretical person by any means. All of his teachings are things he has experienced firsthand, which makes him qualified to pass along the lessons he’s learned to others that can use them to their benefit.

“I’m not teaching from the books, I’m teaching from experience. One of the things that makes me unique is that I’ve been at the top then fell to the bottom and had to learn to pick myself up and rebuild many times in my career and in my personal life,” Pascal says. 

This philosophy aligns closely with how Pascal runs his business on the ground level.

“I’m a believer in: First you do it and prove yourself that what you do works. After that teach and share your knowledge with others. Then be thankful, serve and give back,” Pascal says. 

With this, Pascal is able to operate with the right mindset in his business and his personal life. A strong mindset, like the one Pascal supports, is essential to develop healthy self-esteem, and what Pascal calls out as an important tool that affects our daily self-dialogue and reinforces our beliefs, attitudes and feelings about ourselves.

“I believe in the 7 Mindsets which are; Everything Is Possible, Passion First, We Are Connected, 100% Accountable, Attitude of Gratitude, Live to Give, and The Time Is Now. Having an entrepreneurial mindset will also encourage your creativity. You’ve started your business, because of YOU and not anyone else. Therefore, think for yourself and don’t let other people think for you or allow “the experts” to control your dreams or destiny. It is absolutely fine to get support and to let someone help you get there, you just have to choose your mentors wisely” Pascal outlines. 

This year, Pascal is looking forward to focusing on his online presence by providing value in the areas of health, success and wealth and how to achieve it. He’s excited to be able to spread knowledge on topics including mindset, productivity, and goal-setting.

“In the past my clients found me through word of mouth. I want to make myself more accessible for other entrepreneurs and allow people to get to know me and have a chance to benefit from my experiences and ideas,” Pascal says. 

2021 will bring 1000 new clients – high-achieving individuals that Pascal will have the honor of coaching for 6 month guiding them towards their first six or seven figure businesses.
