Meet Pascal Bachmann
From Adversity to Alignment
Hi, I’m Pascal Bachmann.
I’m a global personal branding strategist, author, and the founder of Strategy Achievers. I bring more than 30 years in business, eight companies across four industries, and over 20,000 hours of coaching to one mission: helping people unlock their potential, create wealth, and experience true well-being through alignment, clarity, and purpose.
I grew up in Switzerland with very little stability, including time in an orphanage. I learned early that nothing is guaranteed. I started businesses, went through bankruptcy, rebuilt from zero, and did it again. That is where my resilience comes from, and why I believe authority is never given. It is built.
I began as a martial artist and fighter, trained in mindset, nutrition, and discipline. Those early lessons shaped how I understand human performance, not only in the body but also in life and business.
Over time I founded eight companies, advised ambitious entrepreneurs, and discovered one universal truth: success without alignment eventually breaks. Real growth begins when who you are, what you do, and why you do it become one.

Through Strategy Achievers, my team and I help experts, executives, and creators around the world transform their personal identity into professional authority. I choose my clients carefully. I work with people whose work I believe in, whose why is clear, and whose service society genuinely needs. Profit matters, and I build it ethically, guided by Love, Harmony, and Fun.
I’m the author of The Personal Branding Blueprint and a contributing co-author alongside Brian Tracy in Succeeding in Business in Any Market, Vol. II.

Everyone has an impossible story, the thing others said couldn’t be done. Mine include rebuilding after bankruptcy and a 100-day water fast. From those experiences I developed the Impossible Story Framework: five decisions that turn the impossible into the inevitable. Decide, educate, commit, discipline, and stay consistent. I use it with clients to find the story that makes their authority believable.
